This collaboration was established to support WISE Digital Partners’ commitment to building a stable, high-performing offshore workforce moving beyond short-term or project-based hiring models. Reign Management Group aligns with this vision by focusing on long-term employment, career development, and ongoing support for highly skilled Filipino professionals.

By combining WISE Digital Partners’ expertise in digital strategy and innovation with Reign Management Group’s strength in talent acquisition and workforce management, the partnership creates a scalable foundation that supports operational growth while maintaining quality, consistency, and culture.

Scope of Collaboration

Within this collaboration, RMG acts as WISE Digital Partners’ recruitment and people-operations partner, supporting offshore team development across key departments.

The engagement began with WISE’s Design Department, where RMG sources, recruits, and manages UX/UI designers and creative professionals, including graphic designers. These team members contribute to WISE’s daily operations through user experience and interface design, wireframing and prototyping, visual layouts, and creative asset development that support usability, performance, and brand consistency across digital platforms.

RMG manages all non-design responsibilities, including hiring processes, onboarding, payroll, performance check-ins, one-on-one support, and internal employee concerns, allowing WISE’s leadership and creative teams to remain focused on strategy, execution, and client outcomes.

To date, seven full-time design professionals have been successfully placed. The collaboration will expand next month into WISE Digital Partners’ Content Department, applying the same recruitment and workforce management model to support continued growth.
