I began streaming during the pandemic, moving from one platform to another while searching for the right way to showcase my passion. With plenty of time on my hands, I streamed on up to three platforms at once, still unsure of my direction.
That changed when I was given the opportunity to properly develop my talent and content. By following the onboarding process, listening to fellow streamers, and focusing on both my strengths and areas for growth, I became a certified streamer and one of the prominent streamers in the PH region on 17LIVE.
Although I had no prior experience as a team leader, I was trusted with a role I nearly declined. With guidance and perseverance, I pushed through the challenges. From my first recruit, Team Joel grew into one of Reign Management Group’s most recognized team, reaching over 40 active streamers and helping many Filipinos earn from home. I was later honored with multiple Team Leader of the Year awards.
This journey would not have been possible without the trust and support of Sir Brian Franada, the Reign Management Team, fellow TLs, and streamers who believed in me.
