My journey started when I applied through Reign Management Group (RMG). I was nervous and unsure, but their support really boosted my confidence and encouraged me to go for it. As an introvert, socializing wasn’t easy for me, but with RMG’s guidance and Wise’s environment, I’ve slowly gotten better at communicating and connecting with people.
Wise trusted me with work I could handle on my own, and that trust pushed me to step up. My skills, especially communication, have improved a lot. Still a work in progress, but way better than before, and I’m proud of that growth.
I’m grateful for where I started and where I am now. Learning every day, building confidence, and moving forward always.
