When our three-person agency at Semiologie closed and we went our separate ways, I wasn’t entirely sure what my next step would be. Fortunately, my previous lead had joined Wise and reached out to see if I’d be interested in joining as well. Reign Management Group (RMG) played a key role in processing my employment and ensuring the transition was smooth and well-handled.
Working with Wise has been a truly positive professional experience. What I value most about both Wise and RMG is the level of trust and autonomy they provide. While RMG manages the administrative and employment aspects with professionalism and efficiency, I’m given the freedom to manage my work and projects independently. This hands-off yet supportive approach has been incredibly empowering.
The autonomy I’ve experienced through Wise has allowed me to focus on meaningful design work while still having the stability of a strong professional support system. That balance of independence and structure has created the ideal environment for my career growth.
I’m deeply grateful for the opportunity Wise has given me and for RMG’s professionalism in making my employment experience seamless. It has truly been an environment where I can grow, explore diverse opportunities, and develop my career on my own terms.
