I started as a voluntary intern in February 2025 with zero experience in both my academic and professional life, despite being a junior college student. I was very fortunate to gain my first work experience in a work-from-home setup, which did not interfere with my face-to-face classes.
After three months, I was taught to meet lead-generation quotas and worked excellently under the management's guidance, which led to my promotion to a recruitment coordinator position. Now, in September 2025, I have become an HR Coordinator in training.
All of this has occurred in less than a year, bringing me to 70% of professional experience, a significant mark of excellence from my humble start.
