My internship at Franada Enterprises, INC. / Reign Management Group 2022 was one of the experiences that truly helped shape me, not only as a student but also as a person. It was my first exposure to a real professional work environment, and it gave me a clearer understanding of how my IT knowledge could be applied beyond the classroom.

During my internship, I worked on Photoshop tasks such as creating and editing visual materials, which helped me become more creative, patient, and detail-oriented. I was also involved in maintaining and updating the company website, giving me hands-on experience with real systems and actual content management. In addition, I was introduced to marketing and digital marketing, particularly in handling social media pages, creating content, and understanding online engagement and branding. These tasks allowed me to see how technology, creativity, and strategy work together in a real business setting.

One of the most meaningful parts of my internship was the one-on-one sessions I had with Donovan. These sessions were very supportive and personal, allowing me to freely ask questions, receive honest feedback, and gain insights that go beyond what textbooks can teach. The mentorship I received during these sessions greatly contributed to my personal and professional growth.

Another highlight of my internship was the meetings with Boss B, also known as Brian Franada. His inspiring messages, wisdom, and life lessons shared through his business journey left a strong impact on me. He didn’t just speak as a boss, but as someone who genuinely cared, guiding and motivating us. In many ways, he felt like a father figure, someone who shared not only business knowledge but also values, discipline, and a clear vision for the future.

Alongside my internship, my experience as a streamer on 17LIVE and as a Team Leader for over a year further strengthened my skills in communication, leadership, and digital engagement. Managing a team, guiding members, and building an online community helped me develop confidence, responsibility, and the ability to lead by example, skills that complemented what I learned in this company.

Overall, this company made me feel trusted and valued. The guidance, real-world experience, and strong mentorship I received helped build my confidence and prepared me for life after graduation. This will always remain a meaningful chapter in my journey.
