Our TikTok Creator Network Division supports a vibrant community of livestream creators, organized into two groups:
Gamers and Performers.
Our Gamer creators primarily broadcast gameplay. Some focus on mastering a specific title, while others explore different games depending on their niche and audience.
Their streams may showcase pro-level skill, entertaining real-time reactions, or educational walkthroughs and speedruns that help viewers improve. What makes their content engaging is the constant interaction, talking with their audience through live chat, discussing game mechanics and strategies, or simply hanging out while grinding levels.
Our Performer livestreamers focus on talent-driven entertainment. They are the digital evolution of variety show hosts, live entertainers, and stage performers.
From live singing sessions and DJ sets to dance performances, magic acts, and interactive chatting streams, their content centers on connection. For performers, interaction is not secondary, it is the heart of the performance. Song requests, live shoutouts, and real-time conversations transform every stream into a collaborative experience between creator and community.
We operate as a long-term partner, providing structure, data-driven insights, and scalable systems that allow creators to focus on what they love without losing authenticity. Through structured livestream strategy, content planning, audience growth systems, and platform-driven monetization support, we help both gamers and performers elevate what they already do best while preserving full creative ownership.
Leading this ecosystem is Founder and CEO Brian Franada, supported by a dedicated Operations Team that ensures smooth daily execution and strategic alignment across every department.
Our HR/Operations Manager oversees end-to-end operations across multiple departments, optimizing workflows and systems for efficiency and scale while managing critical functions including Sales, Payroll, Recruitment, and HR.
The Content Coordinator supports the company’s social media presence and partner clients’ brand growth through structured, consistent execution, managing end-to-end social media operations and ensuring seamless coordination across teams and platforms.
Meanwhile, the Operations Coordinator for TikTok leads livestream operations from start to finish, supporting team leaders and co-streamers during live sessions and ensuring full execution readiness for smooth, real-time performance.
Together, the TikTok Division and Operations Team embody what FEI stands for: a community where creativity meets strategy, growth is sustainable, and every creator is empowered to do what they love while our teams provide the leadership, systems, and support to make it happen.
