Terms and Conditions— Business Development Service Franada Enterprises, Inc.
Service Overview The Business Development retainer includes both consulting and hands-on implementation support at $10,000 USD per month.
Payment & Billing Payment is due on the 1st of each month. Late payments beyond 7 days may result in service suspension. All fees are in USD.
Cancellation Policy Either party may cancel with 30 days written notice. No refunds are issued for the current billing month upon cancellation.
Refund Policy Due to the nature of consulting and implementation work, all payments are non-refundable once the billing cycle has begun.
Delivery & Scope Deliverables, timelines, and scope of work are agreed upon at the start of each engagement. Franada Enterprises reserves the right to adjust scope with client notice.
Confidentiality Both parties agree to keep all shared business information confidential during and after the engagement.
Limitation of Liability Franada Enterprises is not liable for business outcomes resulting from implemented strategies. Results may vary based on client execution and market conditions.
Governing Law This agreement is governed by the laws of Washington State, USA.
