Leadership Journey
I began my journey at RMG in March 2022 as a livestreamer and quickly transitioned into leadership roles. Within the same year, I advanced from Events Coordinator to Operations Manager, taking ownership of core operational departments. My growth reflects how discipline, consistency, and strong leadership support can turn potential into impact.
