Leadership Journey
I joined RMG in February 2025 as a streamer, stepping outside my comfort zone as an introvert. Within three months, I became a Team Leader, gaining my first leadership experience through the trust and support of the leadership team. Four months later, I was promoted to Performance Coordinator, taking on greater responsibilities that helped shape my leadership skills.
Most recently, I stepped into the role of Social Media Coordinator for both RMG and WISE, expanding my scope in supporting brand growth through strategic and consistent social media execution.
