Professional Background & Experience
Brian’s career began in corporate sales at Best Buy, the largest electronics retailer in the U.S., where he held multiple roles in sales and department management, ultimately advancing to the B2B division. During his tenure, Best Buy was recognized as Forbes Company of the Year and Best Managed Company, giving Brian hands-on experience in team leadership, operational management, and delivering results at scale.
At the same time, Brian served as a youth leader and youth pastor, mentoring young people and cultivating a people-first leadership style. From being a soccer team captain to managing youth groups and departments, leadership consistently found him, even before he actively sought it. These early experiences shaped his approach to relationship-building, mentorship, and understanding individual needs, skills he would later apply to business.
In 2010, Brian took the leap into entrepreneurship, launching his own company and building it from the ground up. Initially focused on full-scale event production, he has produced 3,000+ live events across 20 U.S. states, primarily in Washington and Nevada. Early in the company’s history, he also produced North America’s first YouTube concerts, establishing Reign’s credibility and putting his name on the map in the social media and entertainment space.
As the 2020 pandemic shut down live events, Brian adapted quickly and secured a transformative partnership with 17LIVE, shifting Reign’s focus to livestreaming and talent management. This partnership became one of the company’s most successful, achieving the highest recruitment and revenue performance in the Philippine region, eventually making Brian the exclusive business consultant and reseller for 17LIVE in the Philippines. This success also led to his relocation to the Philippines in 2022, where Reign continues to develop talent and build global partnerships.
Today, Brian leads with servant leadership, putting people first while ensuring growth, performance, and long-term impact. He emphasizes vision-driven leadership, translating big ideas into actionable steps that all team members, from management to interns, can understand and execute. This combination of servant leadership and vision is central to his philosophy and has guided his career from youth leadership to entrepreneurship and global business development.
