My Vision For The Company
Growth happens quickly, which is why I plan in quarters, not just years. As we move into 2026, the expansion of our partner clients, including Wise, along with continued growth on TikTok, will significantly increase our scale and responsibility. What we accomplish in the first half of the year will set the direction for everything that follows.
At the same time, we are launching new divisions, ICON Division and Soul Sundays, each designed to create more opportunities for creators and communities. ICON focuses on elevating talent through showcases, media, and visibility, while Soul Sundays centers on mentorship, leadership, and personal development.
By the end of 2026, my goal is to establish a dedicated studio space for content creation, live streaming, podcasts, and production. This will support our creators across partner platforms and strengthen our overall operation.
Looking ahead, the focus from 2026 onward is simple: scale with intention, build stronger systems, and create platforms that help people grow creatively, professionally, and financially.
How I Define Long-Term Success
Long-term success for me means building a company that is financially strong, purpose-driven, and people-centred. Without revenue, there is no business, and without growth, there is no future. Strong financial performance allows us to reinvest in the company, launch new initiatives, and expand sustainably without relying on borrowed resources.
But revenue is only the foundation.
True success is also measured by what’s happening within the organization. I look at whether our divisions are growing, whether our teams are developing, and whether individuals are learning, advancing, and becoming better versions of themselves. Growth should be visible not just in the numbers, but in the people behind them.
When financial growth and people growth move together, that’s when a company becomes truly successful. My goal is to build an organization that is financially strong, strategically built, and deeply invested in the growth of its people, because when people thrive, the business follows.
