My leadership is rooted in servant leadership which is putting people first in every decision I make. No matter the role or division, I always consider how a decision will impact the team.

While leadership requires decisiveness, I believe responsibility comes with foresight. I think beyond the immediate outcome, anticipating the ripple effects of each decision and being prepared to address challenges if they arise. If a decision affects the team, it’s my responsibility to make it right.

A people-first culture isn’t built through words, but through action. When individuals feel heard, supported, and valued, and when their ideas are respected and acted upon, that’s when trust is built. My goal is to lead with integrity, clarity, and consistency, creating an environment where people can grow, perform, and succeed together.

When you lead with intention and take care of your people, everything else falls into place.

My leadership is guided by what I call the Code of Excellence, a framework built from personal values and intentionally applied to our team and business. At its foundation is a guiding scripture that shapes how I lead:

“Where there is no vision, the people perish.” – Proverbs 29:18 (KJV)

Vision gives people direction, clarity, and momentum. Without it, growth stalls and purpose fades.

At the core of the Code are the 3 R’s: Responsibility, Resilience, and Relationships.


Responsibility is about how we lead ourselves and others with honesty, integrity, and servant leadership. Integrity is non-negotiable for me. It’s the single word engraved on my father’s tombstone: “A man of integrity.” That value defines my leadership and sets the standard for every leader within our organization.


Resilience is about overcoming challenges and growing through them breaking ceilings, unlocking potential, and refusing to settle for limits placed on us by circumstance.


Relationships are how we connect and create impact. Leadership without connection doesn’t last. I believe in loyalty, trust, and developing future leaders through meaningful, long-term relationships.

I also live by the principle of wholehearted effort, inspired by Colossians 3:23:

“Whatever you do, work at it with all your heart, as working for the Lord, not for human masters.”

This reminds me that leadership and service are not for recognition, they’re about giving your best for a greater purpose.

Above all, I believe the highest form of servant leadership is developing other leaders. Success isn’t about moving up alone, it’s about bringing people with you and creating space for them to grow.

And at the heart of it all is a belief I live by:

“If you’re not going to DREAM BIG, then don’t dream at all.”

If you’re going to dream, dream big. Don’t settle for small goals, set your sights high, push yourself, and go after something that truly challenges you. That’s how vision turns into action, and action creates results.
