A Message from the Founder & CEO
Franada Enterprises, INC. (FEI)/ Reign Management Group (RMG) was built on a foundation of servant leadership and vision. From the beginning, the goal was simple: to build a platform where people could grow, be supported, and create meaningful opportunities for themselves and their families.
My inspiration to build this company came from my early years in youth leadership and pastoral work. During that time, I learned an important lesson that people thrive when they are heard, guided, and given the space to develop their unique strengths. That belief became the backbone of how I approach leadership and business. RMG was created to serve people first, whether through live events, talent development, livestreaming, or content creation. The platform has evolved over the years, but the mission has remained the same: empower individuals by giving them real opportunities to grow and succeed.
What continues to drive me as a founder and CEO is both purpose and perseverance. I’ve always been motivated by challenges, doubt, and when something is said to be impossible, I see it as an opportunity to prove otherwise. But beyond competition, my greatest motivation is family. Everything we build at Reign is rooted in providing stability, growth, and opportunity not just for ourselves, but for the people who trust us with their time, talent, and effort. Our team operates like a family, and that mindset is reflected in how we support one another and work toward shared success.
Looking ahead, what excites me most is the growth of each individual within our organization. Success, to me, is not just measured by scale or revenue, but by the progress of the people we lead. My role is to create vision, open doors, and build pathways so our team can grow professionally, support their families, and reach goals they once thought were out of reach. As long as we continue to do that, Reign has a clear reason to keep moving forward.
